how does it work?

  • 1. the reveal

    starting the 2nd of every month, we reveal our brand new chapter: a collection of five dreamy cases, available for only that month

  • 2. the window

    the 6th until the 28th is your only chance to bring home a case. this window closes on the 28th at 11:59pm GMT or when stock runs out

  • 3. the reset

    once the window closes, we take a little breather. orders are packed, tea is poured, and we prepare for the next chapter to arrive.

how long does shipping take?

your case should arrive within 5 - 7 days. though since we are a small business, occasional minor delays may occur in which case we will personally notify you through email. thank you for being patient with us ❤︎

do you offer refunds?

in the case of a damaged or faulty product you can contact our customer service email (help@prosefulshop.com) within 48 hours of receiving your case. after evaluation we can offer you a replacement, partial or full refund.
